Residency Requirements

Doctoral programs at Walden University require attendance at academic residencies, and some Master’s programs have residency requirements as well. Students enrolled in Ph.D. programs must attend an initial residency within 90 days of completing the Foundations course. Residencies convene nearly every month for either four or six days at a university, conference center or hotel in the United States or abroad.
